Our Subscribers come FIRST. Collaborations must be BENEFICIAL to our subscribers - not just about selling products.

We require some kind of generic value added to be provided for our subscribers alongside every collaboration, this will be pre agreed.

Any discounts or discount codes must be REAL, MATERIAL and EXCLUSIVE to Mark's House and Garden UK Subscribers.

Any collaboration which involves the production of YouTube video will invoke a none refundable FEE, please enquire.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any collaboration at our absolute discretion.

We are transparent with our subscribers about any commercial rewards or inducements we receive.
